Pet Owner Search, Traced

Veterinary SEO for clinics that want search visits traced to new client appointments, not a rank report. I build the species and service pages, the profile and the tracking, and I show you each one.

Why Veterinary SEO Goes Unchecked

Rankings with no new clients

Most veterinary SEO reports list keywords, positions and visits. They rarely say which search brought a pet owner who booked a new client exam, or which page sent the emergency call. A clinic with a full schedule and doctors who cannot take more patients needs the appointments, not the chart, and most owners cannot check the search spend against the schedule.

How Pet Owners Search for a Vet

Symptom, species, then a phone call

A pet owner searches by the problem first: a limp, a cough that will not clear, a dog that ate something it should not have. They search by species and by service: a cat vet, an exotic vet, a dental cleaning. Most then look for the clinic's hours, whether it takes new clients and how to reach a person.

The page that answers those three things wins the call. The page that opens with a mission statement loses it.

Veterinary SEO Services

Pages, profile and tracking together

Veterinary SEO has three parts: pages for each species and service the clinic offers, a Google Business Profile kept current with hours, services and photos, and tracking that carries each call and form to a booked new client exam in the practice record.

The build is finished when the pages are live and the first readout has been read with the practice manager. After that the work is a monthly check of the profile, the pages and the tracking.

Veterinary SEO Work I Do

Pages only a clinic needs

Most clinics need four or five of these pages. Each card opens the page for that service.

Species pages

A page for dogs, cats or exotics names the species the clinic sees and the exams it offers, so the owner of that animal finds the right page.

Service pages

Dental cleanings, wellness exams, surgery and vaccinations each get a page with the booking step on it.

Emergency referral page

The page says whether the clinic takes emergencies, where to go after hours and which referral hospital the clinic uses.

New client page

A page that explains how a new pet joins the practice, what to bring and how to request the first appointment.

Location and hours

The address, parking, hours and a map, matched to the profile so the two always agree.

Profile upkeep

Hours, services, holiday closures and photos are kept current on the profile, and each change is logged.

Emergency Referral Clarity

Where to go after hours

A pet owner who searches for an emergency vet at night needs one thing: to know whether this clinic can see the animal now, and if not, where to go. The page states that plainly, with the referral hospital named and the phone number first. Blurring that line sends a frightened owner to a closed door.

I write the emergency page with the practice team, using the clinic's own answer and not a guess about what happens after hours.

What I Do Differently for Veterinary Clinics

Pages that answer the owner first

I write each page for the pet owner who searched for it, with the species, the service and the next step visible above the fold. I do not fill pages with stock text about animal health. Each page answers the question the search asked, then gives the booking step.

The Closest SEO Work I Have

What I have run, and what it was not

The closest search work I have is GIOSTAR, a Henderson clinic where I built the website and run its lead tracking, so a website lead is followed from the form to a booked consult. That is a medical practice, not a veterinary one. The local search system I ran on my own site for weeks before pointing it at any client is process proof.

I claim no veterinary search result. Ask to see the readout before you decide.

Builds I made, live where you can check

Every build below is real and every link goes to the live work. Two of the five are full websites I built and still run. The other three are brand and content work, two of them for sites that are in build now, and each card says which.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Veterinary SEO Reporting

A readout the practice manager can check

The readout shows search visits to each page, calls and forms from search by page, and the new client appointments each page produced. Every number names its source, so the practice can check it against the scheduling system and not only the SEO tool.

How an SEO Engagement Runs

Scope, build, then report

Each step ends with something the practice can open and check, and the launch date goes into the written scope.

  1. Step 01

    Read the search you have

I review the pages, the profile and the terms that brought in recent new clients.

  2. Step 02

    Agree the pages in writing

Species, service, emergency and new client pages on one scope before work starts.

  3. Step 03

    Build and track

Pages go live with call and form tags, tested on a phone and on a desktop.

  4. Step 04

    Report every month

A plain readout in practice terms, with the next change named.

What Moves Veterinary SEO Costs

Species, services and locations

The scope depends on how many species and services the clinic lists, whether it has more than one location and whether the practice software can receive a tracked lead. I quote a fixed price for a written scope after a free look, not from a chart.

  • Species and service pages
