Financial Advisor Advertising and New Clients
Most new clients arrive through a few routes
A financial advisor's client is a long relationship, not a one-time sale. A household that moves its accounts can stay for years, so each new prospect meeting is worth far more than the first conversation suggests. The useful question is never only how many leads came in. It is how many turned into a meeting with someone who had the assets and the need, and how that meeting was found.
Most new prospects reach a practice through referrals from clients and other professionals, search, speaking events and a few paid channels. Ads sit in that mix as one route. An ad that brings in a stranger who is not ready to talk costs money and a conversation, and that cost stays hidden unless the campaign was set up to show it.

Where Financial Advisor Ad Money Goes Untraced
Spend that never reaches a meeting
The ad platform reports clicks, form fills and cost per lead. Those numbers are easy to read and easy to misread. A form fill from someone reading a retirement article is not the same as a prospect who wants to talk about a rollover. When the report stops at the form, the advisor pays for volume and never learns which campaign produced the meetings that became clients.
That gap is the one I see most. The campaign runs, the invoice arrives and the calendar fills unevenly. Nobody can say which ad to keep and which to stop.

Financial Advisor Ads and Compliance Review
Advertising rules shape every ad
Financial advertising runs under rules that most other trades never face. The SEC Marketing Rule governs how registered investment advisers advertise, including testimonials, endorsements and performance, and FINRA Rule 2210 sets the standards for communications with the public at broker-dealers. Each firm applies those rules through its own review process, and that process decides what runs.
I do not decide whether an ad passes review. Your compliance team and your counsel do. My job is to build the workflow so each draft reaches them in one clean pass, with the disclosures, the source for every claim and the channel it will run on, rather than as a surprise the week before launch.

Financial Advisor Ads: Platform Rules
Where the ad platforms draw lines
Google and Meta each publish their own rules for financial products and services, and both change them. Some ad types need a verification step or limit targeting, and copy approved last year may need changes today. Before a campaign goes live I check the current policy for the product being advertised, and I hold the launch if an ad would need a review it has not had.
Targeting is a related limit. Audiences built around a person's financial stress, or built from a sensitive list, can break platform rules and firm policy at the same time. I keep each audience to people the firm can reasonably speak to, and I write that choice down so the reviewer has a record of it.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking
I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Which Ads for Financial Advisors Fit Which Goal
Four routes and what each can show
| Route | Best for | What it can show | What needs review |

| Social ads | Building recognition with a local audience | Clicks, form fills and video views | Audience rules and creative |

| Event promotion | Seminars and client workshops | Registrations and who attended | Invitation wording and event rules |
Tracking Financial Advisor Ads to Meetings
Tracking set up before launch
Before the first ad runs, I set up tracking so each form, call and booked meeting is tied to the campaign, ad group and page that produced it. Calls use a tracked number on the page, not the main office line. Booked meetings carry their source through the calendar tool into your CRM, so each one shows where it came from.
The report then answers one question per campaign: how many qualified prospect meetings did it book, and what did each one cost. It does not lead with clicks, because clicks do not fill a calendar.

Who Runs Financial Advisor Advertising
One person builds, launches and reports
I am Justin Harris. I have built websites and run digital marketing for Las Vegas businesses for fourteen years, and I set up and watch every campaign myself. There is no hand-off to a junior buyer and no account manager between you and the ad account.

How a Financial Advisor Ad Campaign Runs
Five steps from the first call
1. Read the current funnel
I review your website, booking path and any ads already running, then send a written read before you spend anything.
2. Agree the offer and the review path
The offer, the claims it makes and the reviewer who signs off are written on one page before any draft is made.
3. Build the tracking first
Campaign, ad group and page tracking, call numbers and the calendar link are tested end to end before a dollar is spent.
4. Launch a capped test
Each campaign starts with a fixed budget, so the first weeks answer whether the offer draws meetings at all.
5. Report meetings, not clicks
Each month a one-page report shows booked prospect meetings by campaign, with what I changed and why.
Financial Advisor Ad Reports I Send Monthly
What the monthly report shows
Every figure on the page can be checked against your calendar and your CRM. I do not send a report you cannot verify yourself.

- Qualified prospect meetings booked, by campaign
- Cost per booked meeting, for each campaign and in total
- Calls and forms, with the page and ad that produced each one
- Ads paused or changed, and the review that approved them
- One recommendation for next month, with the reason
Financial Advisor Advertising Case Work
No advisor case study claimed
I do not have a financial advisor case study to show you, and I will not claim one. The closest work is the websites and brand work in the portfolio above. What I bring to an advisory practice is the same process: tracked pages, a written scope and a report you can check. Ask for a sample readout before you decide.

Financial Advisor Ads for Which Firms
Practices ready to track meetings
The best fit is an advisory practice with a real intake path: a meeting page, a booking tool and someone who follows up within a day. Solo advisors and small firms with a steady pipeline usually get the most from a tracked campaign. A firm that wants a brand launch with no way to see results is not the right client for this work, and I will say so on the first call.
