Veterinary Advertising
Ads Tied to New Clients
Veterinary advertising for clinics that want every ad dollar traced to a new client appointment. I set up the campaigns, the call tracking and a readout the practice manager can check, and I keep wellness and urgent care campaigns apart.

Why Veterinary Ad Spend Goes Untraced
Clicks with no new client exams
Many clinics pay for ads and receive a report of clicks, impressions and cost per call. The report does not say which campaign filled the new client schedule. Calls come in during surgery or a busy appointment block, and the front desk logs a name without a source. The practice owner sees a bill and no list of new pets to match it against.

Wellness Plan Ads Versus Urgent Care Ads
Two different reasons to call
A pet owner who sees a wellness plan offer is planning ahead: a puppy visit, a senior cat or a yearly exam. A pet owner who searches for urgent care is worried now. The two buyers respond to different words and different pages, so the readout treats them as two campaigns with two schedules.
Mixing them makes the wellness offer look weaker and makes the urgent calls look like bookings the clinic cannot take.

Veterinary Advertising Ideas
Campaigns by reason, not by channel
I start with the reason a pet owner calls: a new puppy or kitten, a senior pet's checkup, a dental cleaning or a problem that needs a visit this week. Each reason gets one campaign, one landing page and one line in the readout. A channel is a place to run the campaign, not the plan.

Veterinary Advertising Examples
What each clinic campaign includes
The readout names the campaign behind each line, so the practice can see which reason brought the new client.
New puppy and kitten offer
Search and social ads for a first visit, with the new client form and the wellness plan terms on the landing page.
Senior pet checkups
Ads to owners of older pets for an exam and a bloodwork discussion, in the clinic's own wording.
Dental cleanings
Search ads for dental cleanings with the booking step above the fold and the anesthesia questions answered first.
Urgent care line
Search ads for a sick or injured pet, with the phone number, the hours and the referral route named.
Local profile calls
Call and direction actions on the Google Business Profile are tracked, so map searches that end in a call are counted.
Call tracking on every ad
A tracked number for each campaign, so the front desk logs the source before the call is answered.
What Veterinary Ads Have to Follow
Platform rules as marketing limits
Google and Meta review ads against their own policies, and those policies change. Claims about outcomes, comparisons with other clinics and before-and-after photos can get an ad limited or removed. I check the current rules before a campaign goes live and write each offer to fit them.
State veterinary board rules on advertising, and on who may be called a veterinarian, are a question for the clinic's counsel or the board. I do not interpret them.

The Closest Ad Work I Have
Adjacent healthcare work, no veterinary account
The closest work I have is the lead tracking I run for GIOSTAR, a Henderson regenerative medicine clinic. That is a medical practice, not a veterinary clinic, and none of the five builds in my portfolio is a veterinary account. I claim no veterinary ad result.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking
I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Veterinary Ad Reporting
A readout the practice manager can check
The readout lists spend by campaign, calls and forms by campaign and new client appointments by source. Every line names where it came from, so the practice can match it to the schedule.

- Spend by campaign
- Calls and forms by campaign
- New client appointments by source
- Wellness and urgent care kept on separate lines
Free Veterinary Ad Read
The current campaigns, read by hand
Send me the two campaigns you run most and the two services you want more new clients for. I will read the current setup and reply with the first change I would make.

How a Clinic Campaign Starts
Read, pick, build, then move the budget
Each step ends with a set of numbers the practice can check, and the first campaign goes live only after its tags are tested.
- Step 01
Read the current ads
I review the campaigns, the calls and the appointments they booked.
- Step 02
Pick the first two reasons
Two services the schedule can take on, each with a campaign of its own.
- Step 03
Build and tag
Landing pages, tracked numbers and form routing are tested before launch.
- Step 04
Read and move the budget
Money moves to the campaign that books new clients, and each change is named in the readout.
What Moves Veterinary Ad Costs
Services, schedule and call handling
The budget follows how many new clients the schedule can take, which services the doctors want to grow and how calls are answered during appointment blocks. I set a starting budget in the written scope and do not quote a number before I have read the current campaigns.

- Number of services and campaigns
- Doctor and appointment capacity
- Call handling during appointment blocks
- Urgent care campaign added or not
