Affiliate Marketing Agency

Partners Vetted, Sales Tracked

Affiliate marketing agency work that vets each partner before it is invited, tracks every sale to the partner who sent it and reports the result by partner. I set the program, the tracking and the terms so the brand can check each number.

Affiliate Program Management

Why affiliate sales go unseen

An affiliate program often pays out before anyone can say which partner earned the money. The partner network reports one total, the brand has no link between a sale and the post that sent it, and a partner with a bad audience is paid the same rate as one that sends real buyers.

The problem is planning, not the network. A program with no vetting, no tracking set before launch and no written terms will always pay for sales it cannot explain. The fix is to set those three things first and then open the program to partners.

Affiliate Program Services

What I set up and run

A program is a set of parts that have to agree with each other. Each card below is a part I set up or run, with the owner signing off the terms before a partner is invited.

Partner vetting

A review of each applicant's audience, past content and fit with the brand before any link or offer is given.

Commission structure

The rate, the cookie window and the rules for returns and coupon codes, written down before the first partner joins.

Tracking and attribution

Tagged links and a sale record that names the partner, so each commission can be traced to the sale that earned it.

Partner pages and assets

Landing pages, creative and a brand sheet partners can use, built on the same site and file as the brand.

Payout checks

Each payout reconciled against the tracked sales before it is released, with any gap explained in writing.

Monthly partner report

Sales, returns and payouts by partner, with the raw log attached so the owner can check any line.

Who Affiliate Programs Are For

Brands ready to share a sale

An affiliate program fits a brand that already sells well and has a product a creator or a niche site can explain honestly. It also fits a brand that wants new buyers without paying for each click up front, and that accepts a commission only when a sale is recorded.

It is a poor fit for a brand whose margin cannot cover a commission on every sale. A program that pays out more than it earns is a loss with better paperwork, and I will run the numbers before any partner is invited.

Affiliate Program Builds

Work I built, live where you can check it

None of the five builds below is an affiliate program, and I will not claim a partner network I did not run. The builds show the tracking side I bring to a program: a live site with tagged pages, a booking flow that reports its source, and a brand file every partner page can share. Each card says whether the work is live or in build.

Affiliate Program Process

How a program goes live

  1. Step 01

    Set the margin

The commission rate is set from the margin on each product, so no partner can be paid more than the sale returns.

  2. Step 02

    Build the tracking

Tagged links, a sale record and a test order tracked from the partner link to the payout before any partner is invited.

  3. Step 03

    Vet the first partners

A small first group chosen by audience fit, reviewed against the vetting sheet, rather than an open sign-up that fills with links.

  4. Step 04

    Launch and watch

The first weeks watched daily for returns, coupon misuse and sales that cannot be traced, with each problem fixed in the rules.

  5. Step 05

    Report and renew

A monthly report by partner, then a decision on which partners to keep, pay more or remove.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

Affiliate Marketing Cost Las Vegas

What moves the cost

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after the margin and the product list are known, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. A program with five partners and a program with fifty are different jobs, and a rate card would be wrong for both.

A business owner reviewing work on a phone
  • Number of products and the margin on each one
  • Number of partners and how many need individual vetting
  • Whether the program needs a custom tracking build or a standard network
  • Partner landing pages and creative built for each partner
  • Length of the monthly reporting and the payout reconciliation

Affiliate Partner Vetting

How I choose a partner

A partner is judged on the audience they actually reach, not the follower count they show. The vetting sheet asks what the audience buys, how the partner recommends products, whether past recommendations were disclosed and whether the partner's other sponsors fit the brand.

A partner that fails the sheet is declined in writing with the reason. The brand keeps the decision, and the partner is told the program is closed to them for now rather than left to wonder.

Affiliate Disclosure and Compliance

Keeping partners honest

Partners must say when they are paid to recommend a product, and the brand has to make that rule clear in the terms. The disclosure wording is written into the partner agreement and the brief, so every post carries it from the first one.

I do not give legal advice on disclosure rules, sales tax or the terms of a partner agreement. Your attorney confirms the agreement, and I make sure the disclosure rule is written down and checked on every partner page.

Affiliate Tracking Setup

How each sale finds its partner

Each partner receives a tagged link with a code that the sale record reads. When a buyer completes an order, the record names the partner and the commission is calculated from that record, not from a total the network reports on its own.

A test order is placed and followed from the partner link to the payout before any partner goes live. A sale that cannot be traced to a partner is flagged for review and is not paid until it is explained.

Affiliate Partner Payouts

How partners get paid

A payout is calculated from the tracked sales for the period, less any returns, and it is reconciled before it is released. The owner sees the reconciliation for each partner, with the sales, the returns and the net amount in one table.

Partners see their own sales and payouts in a statement they can check. A partner who disputes a line gets the tracked record for that line, so the question is settled from the same log the brand used.

Affiliate Program Ownership

What the brand keeps

The brand owns the partner list, the tracking records, the terms and the reports. They are kept in an account the brand can open, so a new manager or a new network can take over the program without starting from zero.

The partner pages and creative are built on the brand's own site and file set, so a partner page works after the program ends only if the brand chooses to keep it live.

Affiliate Marketing Specialist Las Vegas

One person sets the program

I am Justin Harris. I have built websites and run digital marketing for Las Vegas businesses for fourteen years, and I still set the tracking and the partner terms myself. When you hire me you talk to the person building the tracking, with no account manager between you and the payout.

The same person builds the website where a partner sends its buyers, so the landing page, the booking flow and the tracking agree with one another before the first sale.
