Facebook Page Management Las Vegas
Every Change On The Record
Facebook page management in Las Vegas starts with a read of your page the way a customer sees it on a phone. I fix what is stale or unanswered and keep a dated log of each change. The page stays in your business account and you keep the admin role.

What Facebook Page Management Includes
Most clients come to me for the page itself: the info, the posts, the replies and the monthly check that tells them whether any of it is working. Each piece below ends in something you can open and read.
I run the work in a fixed order so nothing is skipped. The audit comes first, the fixes come second, and the calendar keeps the page current after that.
The work sits in four places: the page itself, the messages and comments that arrive on it, the posts that go out each week and the monthly read of what people did. Each piece is written down so you can see who handled it and when.

What I Do
Page health audit
I check the info, hours, service list, call button, linked accounts and pinned post, and write down what is stale or wrong.
Reviews and messages
I draft replies to reviews and page messages from a voice guide you approve, and flag anything that needs your decision the same day.
Posting calendar
A month of posts planned in one calendar you can read before anything goes live: photos, offers, events and hours changes.
Listing sync
The address, hours and phone on Facebook match your Google Business Profile and your website, so no customer sees two answers.
Monthly readout
A plain report of the posts, replies and link clicks, each tied to the change that produced it, so you can check it against your own records.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Why a Facebook Page Goes Quiet
Silence Costs Trust
A page last touched in spring still shows last spring's hours, a review from last year with no reply, and a storefront photo from before the move. A customer reading it on a phone decides the business has changed, and does not write to say so.
Most owners know the page needs work. What they cannot see is who is responsible for it, or whether anyone reads the messages at all. That gap is what I close first.
Most quiet pages were set up once and then left alone. The last post is months old, the about section names a phone number that changed and the cover photo shows a storefront that has closed. A visitor who lands there decides the business has moved on, and most do not send a message to check.

Facebook Page Audit Las Vegas
The Written Read Comes First
The first step is a written audit of the page as a customer sees it on a phone. You get the list before I change anything, with each item marked fix, keep or ask you.
Nothing public changes until you have read the list. If you want a line left as it is, it stays.
The audit reads the page on a phone, the way a neighbor would. I check the name, the category, the hours, the service list, the pinned post and the last six posts. Each item is marked keep, fix or remove, and the written list goes to you before any change is made to the page.

How Facebook Page Management Works
My Process
Each month starts with the message inbox, then the planned posts, then a short note on what changed. If a message needs an answer from you, it is marked and held. I do not reply to a question about price or availability without your word first.
- Step 01
Read the page as a customer
I review the page on a phone and a laptop, the way a new customer would reach it from a search or a shared link.
- Step 02
Agree the fix list
You approve, change or strike each item. Anything about pricing, a claim or a complaint waits for your decision.
- Step 03
Fix and log each change
Each edit goes into a dated log with the before and after, so the change can be reversed or checked later.
- Step 04
Answer and post on the calendar
Replies and posts run from the approved calendar and voice guide, and anything unusual comes to you first.
- Step 05
Read the month back
The readout shows what was posted, answered and clicked, and lists what I would change next month.
Facebook Page Posting Plan
A Calendar You Read First
Every post is planned in one calendar before it publishes. You see the photo, the caption and the date, and you can strike anything that does not sound like the business.
Posts stay on the calendar until you approve them, so nothing goes out that you have not read.
A posting plan uses a small number of post types that repeat: a job or project shown, a question a customer asked, a seasonal reminder and a plain update. Each post has one reason to exist and one link or phone path. Posts are approved on a shared sheet before they go live.

- Hours and holiday schedule changes
- Staff and project photos from the job site or office
- Offers with a clear end date
- Events, open houses and community dates
- Seasonal reminders tied to the trade
Facebook Page Cost
How I Price the Work
I quote a fixed price for a written scope after the audit, so the number you approve is the number you pay. The scope turns on how many messages and reviews arrive each week, how many posts you want a month, and whether photos or video have to be made.
A page that gets a handful of messages a week and a page that gets dozens are different jobs, so a flat list price would be wrong for one of them.

Work I Can Point You To
Live Builds Behind the Page
- Step 01
GIOSTAR, a Henderson clinic
The website, online booking and lead tracking I built for a regenerative medicine clinic, which I still run.
- Step 02
Social carousel generator
A carousel tool I built so every slide draws on one visual system and a post looks like the business every time.
Facebook Page Replies
Replies Within The Day
A customer who writes on a Facebook page expects a reply the same day. I draft each reply from your approved voice guide, and you approve any reply that names a price, a diagnosis, a legal matter or a complaint about staff.
A negative review gets a calm, specific answer that does not argue in public. I tell you before I draft one if the better move is a private message instead.

Facebook Page Management Vs Agency
One Person Runs the Page
Facebook pages often go to a junior team or a scheduling tool, and the reply that mattered goes out days late. When you hire me you talk to the person writing the posts and reading the messages.
There is no account manager between you and the page, and no hand-off to a stranger when the account changes hands.

Who Facebook Page Management Is For
Owners With a Page to Fix
Most owners who hire me run a professional practice or a larger home-services company with several crews: a law office, a dental practice, a med spa or a roofing company with a fleet. Their Facebook page is one of the first places a neighbor or a referral checks.
If the page was last updated by someone who no longer works with you, it is the right time to take it back.

Facebook Page Management Near Me
Las Vegas, In Person or Remote
I work from Las Vegas and meet owners at their location when a storefront, a crew or a photo shoot needs an in-person look. Most of the work is remote, because the page is online and so is the approval step.

What Keeps the Cost Down
A page with a clear calendar, a set voice and a short approval list costs less to run than one that needs a new photo shoot every week. The fastest way to hold the cost down is to send the photos and answers to the questions below before the first month starts.
