What X Management Includes

What I Do

An account on X can build trust with the people who matter to your business, or it can quietly cost you credibility. The work is planning the posts, setting the boundaries and answering replies in a way that reflects you.

Each piece below ends in something you can read before it goes live.

Voice guide

A one-page guide built from your own writing: the phrases you use, the topics you take and the ones you leave alone.

Post drafts

A week of posts drafted from your notes and from the work you are doing, each one approved before it is scheduled.

Reply handling

Replies drafted from the voice guide, with any reply that touches a client, a price or a dispute sent to you first.

Risk rules

A written list of what the account never posts, such as client names, unfinished deals and political or legal commentary.

Monthly readout

Impressions, profile visits and replies with the posts behind them, so you can see which ideas were read.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Justin and consistently saw firsthand the level of dedication and professionalism he brings to his work. He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. He combines sharp technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, which makes him especially effective in the AI space. Any organization looking for thoughtful, reliable, and highly skilled AI consulting support would be in great hands working with him!

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Why an X Account Goes Unread

Posting Without a Reader

Many founders post on X when they remember to and then wonder why no buyer mentions it. The posts are either generic commentary that anyone could write, or they are so guarded that nothing in them is worth replying to.

A buyer who finds the account before a call reads the last few posts and the replies. If those show no clear point of view, the account is working against the call.

Voice and Risk on X

Say It Once, Carefully

A post on X is public, permanent and easy to quote out of context. Before I draft anything, you and I set the boundaries I will not cross for you: client names, confidential numbers, employee matters and any topic you have decided to stay out of.

The risk rules are written down and every draft is checked against them. A post that breaks a rule does not get drafted, and I tell you why.

An owner at work in a modern office
  • No client names or identifiable stories without permission
  • No commentary on legal or regulated matters
  • No replies to disputes in public
  • No posts about staff or former staff
  • No scheduling of anything you have not read

How X Management Works

My Process

  1. Step 01

Read the account as a buyer

I read the last months of posts and replies the way a prospect would before a first call, and note what they would learn.

  2. Step 02

Set the voice and the rules

A short interview and your past writing produce the voice guide and the written risk rules, both approved by you.

  3. Step 03

    Draft and approve

Each week's posts are drafted and sent to you in one thread. You approve, change or strike each one.

  4. Step 04

    Answer replies carefully

Replies go out from the approved guide, and anything with a dispute, a client or a price comes to you first.

  5. Step 05

    Read the month back

The readout shows the posts that drew replies and profile visits, and proposes what to change next month.

X Posting Plan

A Week You Can See

The posting plan is one list for each week, with the post, the reason for it and the time it goes out. You see the week before it starts and can move or cut any item.

I keep posting frequency at a pace you can sustain. An account that posts well twice a week beats one that posts badly every day, and the plan says which kind of week it is.

Who X Management Is For

Founders and Experts

Most of the people who hire me for X are founders, principals or experts whose name is tied to the business. They sell on trust, they speak at events and they know a careless post can cost them a client.

If your reputation is your main asset and you do not have the hours to write thoughtfully every week, this is the work.

X Management Vs Agency

One Voice, Checked Each Week

A social agency often runs a standard calendar on a founder's account, and the posts start to sound like the agency. When you hire me, the person drafting the posts is the person who wrote the voice guide with you.

The same person reads the replies, which means the account keeps one voice and the risk rules are applied by someone who knows them.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built

X Management Cost

How the Price Is Set

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after the account audit, so the number you approve is the number you pay. The scope turns on how many posts a week you want, how many replies come in and whether you need threads, images or video.

A founder who posts twice a week and a company account that answers customers all day are different jobs, and a flat list price would fit only one of them.
