Pinterest Management Services

Every Pin Leads Somewhere

Pinterest management services are only worth paying for when each pin links to a page that answers the buyer's next question. I plan the boards, write the pins and check the path from pin to page. You keep the account and the boards.

What Pin Management Includes

A brand that pins without a plan usually ends up with a board of pretty images and no visits that turn into a sale. The work below connects each pin to a product page, a collection or a guide that a buyer can use.

Each piece ends in something you can open, so you can see the boards, the pins and the path before anything goes live.

What I Do

Board architecture

The boards are set by the searches your buyers actually run, with a clear title and description on each one.

Pin design and copy

Vertical pins written with a keyword-led title, a short description and an image that matches the page it links to.

Pin-to-page path setup

Every pin points to a page with a visible next step, checked on a phone before the pin is scheduled.

Keyword research

A list of the phrases your buyers search, grouped by board, so the boards grow around demand rather than guesses.

Monthly readout

Saves, outbound clicks and the pages those clicks reached, each tied to the pin that produced them.

Pin and Social Content Work

Builds you can open and check

Every build below is real and every link opens the live work. Quotible is a social content system I built for a testimonial software company, turning real customer testimonials into on-brand posts and carousels. GIOSTAR is a Henderson clinic website I built and still run. Desert Inn Oasis and Mili Pharma are brand work with their sites in build now.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Why Pins Go Unused

Pins With No Path

A product or design brand often posts pins for months and sees saves that never reach the store. The pin is attractive, the board looks busy, and the link goes to a home page that makes the buyer start again.

The problem is rarely the image. It is the gap between the pin and the page, and the lack of a plan that treats each pin as the first step of a buying path.

Pin Board Keywords

Boards Built on Searches

Pinterest works as a search engine, so the board titles, pin titles and descriptions carry the words a buyer types. I research those phrases first and build the boards around them, so each board answers one question a buyer has.

A board that tries to hold every product in the catalog answers none of them well. I split the catalog into the boards a buyer would browse, and each board gets its own short description.

Each board gets a name that a planner would type into search, not a clever label. I write the board description once, place the strongest search phrase in the first line and keep that phrase out of the other boards so the boards do not compete with each other.

Pin-to-Page Path

The Next Step Is Visible

A pin should lead to a page that matches it. If the pin shows a kitchen remodel, the page should show the remodel, the price range you publish and a clear way to request a quote. If the pin shows a product, the page should show the product in use.

I check the path on a phone before any pin is scheduled, and I flag any pin whose page cannot yet carry it. That pin waits until the page is ready.

How Pin Management Works

My Process

  1. Step 01

Audit the boards and the links

I review the existing boards, pins and destination links, and list which pins point to pages that do not answer the buyer.

  2. Step 02

    Map the buying searches

A keyword list grouped by board, approved by you before any new board is created or renamed.

  3. Step 03

    Design and write the pins

Each pin is drafted with its title, description and link, and sent to you in one approval thread.

  4. Step 04

    Schedule and check the path

Approved pins are scheduled, and each destination is checked on a phone before it goes live.

  5. Step 05

    Read the month back

The readout lists the pins that drew saves and clicks, and the pages those clicks reached, with the next month's changes.

Pin Calendar and Approval

A Plan You Approve

The pin plan is one calendar with the board, the pin title and the destination for each item. You see the month at once and can move, change or strike any pin before it is scheduled.

Seasonal pins follow your real calendar, such as a launch, a restock or a holiday collection, and they only go out once the page they link to is live.

Pins go out on a calendar you approve. The calendar shows the image, the title, the board, the destination page and the date, so you can see every link before it is live. A pin that sends a visitor to a page that does not answer the question is pulled from the queue.

GIOSTAR brand hub, a system I built
  • Board, title and description for each pin
  • Destination page checked on a phone
  • Seasonal pins tied to a live page
  • Refresh of older pins that still get clicks
  • Removal of pins that point to dead pages

Pin Creative for Brands

Images That Match the Page

A pin image should match the page it links to, so the visitor does not feel tricked when the page loads. I design the pin from the same product photos, colors and type that the page uses, and I keep the brand system consistent across boards.

Where a brand has no usable photos, I say so before the calendar starts. Stock imagery is a last resort and is labeled as such in the plan.

Pin Management Cost

How the Price Is Set

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after the board audit, so the number you approve is the number you pay. The scope turns on how many boards and pins a month you want, how many products or collections need pins, and whether new photos or video must be made.

A brand with three collections and a brand with three hundred products need different plans, and a single list price would be wrong for one of them.

Work I Can Point To

Live Work Behind the Pins

  1. Step 01

    Quotible social content

A system that turns real customer testimonials into on-brand posts and carousels for a testimonial software company.

  2. Step 02

    Social carousel generator

A carousel tool built so every slide follows one visual system and every image matches the brand.

Pin Management Vs Agency

One Planner, Not a Pool

Agencies often hand a board to a pool of schedulers, and the pins drift away from the product pages. When you hire me, the person planning the boards is the person who checks the pages they link to.

The readout comes from that same work, so you can see which boards brought visits and which pages turned them into a next step.

Who Pin Management Is For

Brands With Something to Show

The brands that suit pin work have visual products or ideas: home goods, interiors, apparel, food, design studios and craft makers. Their buyers plan ahead and search for ideas before they search for a vendor.

A brand with no product photos, no shop page and no plan for a next step is not ready for pins yet, and I will say so in the audit.

The best fit is a business that sells something people plan ahead for: a home project, a wedding, a remodel, a course or a service with a long decision. Pins work slowly and keep working. A business that needs a call this week is better served by search or local profile work first.
