What LinkedIn Management Services Include
Most owners who come to me want one outcome: the people who could refer work to them can find the profile, believe it and get in touch. Every piece below serves that, and each one ends in something you can open.
The work runs in a fixed order. The profile is fixed first, the posting plan follows, and the monthly readout shows which conversations started from the page.

What I Do
Profile rewrite
The headline, about section and featured links rewritten to say who you help, what you do and how a person gets in touch.
Founder-voice posts
A monthly set of posts drafted from your own notes and past writing, each one approved by you before it goes up.
Comment and message replies
Replies to comments and direct messages drafted from your approved voice guide, with anything about pricing or a client matter sent to you first.
Connection plan
A list of the people worth connecting with, by industry and role, sent to you for approval. I do not send connection requests without your sign-off.
Monthly readout
Profile views, post reach and inbound messages, each tied to the post or change behind it, so you can check it against your own inbox.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Justin and consistently saw firsthand the level of dedication and professionalism he brings to his work. He was always the first one in the office, setting the tone with his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. What stood out most was how deeply he cared about every client. He approached each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and a genuine drive to deliver meaningful results. He combines sharp technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, which makes him especially effective in the AI space. Any organization looking for thoughtful, reliable, and highly skilled AI consulting support would be in great hands working with him!

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

I've Known Justin for a while now and he really knows his stuff when it comes to AI consulting. If people in Las Vegas were to ask me for recommendations in this space, he's the best guy for the job, hands down.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Why a LinkedIn Profile Attracts No One
A Resume Is Not a Page
Many profiles read like a resume: a job title, a list of past roles and a photo taken years ago. A busy professional who looks someone up before a meeting learns where the person worked, and nothing about what they would do for the next client.
A profile can be accurate and still give a referral partner no reason to pick up the phone. The gap is the story of the work, written in the first lines a reader sees.

Founder Voice on LinkedIn
How I Write as You
I write in the first person from your own material: a voice memo, a past talk, a sales call transcript or a set of notes you send me. The post should read as if you wrote it on a good day with the time to do it.
I do not invent opinions, credentials or client stories. If a post needs a fact I do not have, I ask you for it before the draft is finished, and the post waits until you answer.

- Your sentences, not stock professional phrases
- Only experiences you have told me about
- No claims about results you cannot back
- No opinions you would not say to a room of peers
- Every post approved by you before it is scheduled
LinkedIn Profile Audit Las Vegas
The Written Read First
The first step is a written audit of the profile as a stranger sees it, on a phone and on a laptop. The list covers the headline, the photo, the featured section, the experience lines, the skills and the contact path.
You get the list before I change anything, with each item marked fix, keep or ask you. Nothing goes live until you have read it.

How LinkedIn Management Works
My Process
- Step 01
Read the profile as a stranger
I review the profile the way a referral partner would before a first call, and note what they would not learn from it.
- Step 02
Interview for the voice
A short call and a set of your past writing give me the words you use, the ones you avoid and the stories you tell.
- Step 03
Draft, approve, schedule
Each post and profile change is drafted, sent to you in one approval thread, and scheduled only after you say yes.
- Step 04
Answer the conversations
Comments and messages get a reply from the approved voice guide, and anything that needs your judgment comes to you first.
- Step 05
Read the month back
The readout shows the posts that drew replies and the profile views that came from them, with the next month's changes listed.
LinkedIn Posting Plan
A Calendar You Approve
The posting plan is one calendar with the topic, the draft and the date for each post. You see the whole month at once and can move or strike any item before it is scheduled.
Posts that tell a client story need that client's permission, and I will not name a client without it. Some months the plan leans on your own experience, and some months it leans on a lesson from a project you can describe in general terms.

LinkedIn Outreach by Industry
Who Reads the Profile
The people who refer work to a professional practice are usually other professionals: attorneys who need an accountant, property managers who need a contractor, physicians who need a specialist. The profile and the posts should speak to the person who makes that referral, in the words they use with each other.
For a larger home-services company the referral path is different. A general contractor, an architect or a property manager may be the reader, and the profile has to show the crews, the licenses and the jobs in terms they can check.

Founder Brand Work I Can Point To
Live Work Behind the Voice
- Step 01
Quotible social content
A system that turns real customer testimonials into on-brand posts and carousels for a testimonial software company.
- Step 02
Social carousel generator
A carousel tool built so every slide follows one visual system, which keeps a multi-slide post looking like one business.
- Step 03
GIOSTAR, a Henderson clinic
The website, booking and lead tracking I built for a regenerative medicine clinic, which I still run.
LinkedIn Replies and Messages
Conversations I Hand Back
A comment on a post is often the first sign that a referral partner is paying attention. I draft a reply from your voice guide and send it to you for approval, and I flag the comments that deserve a call from you rather than a written answer.
Direct messages from people you do not know are read and sorted. A message that asks for a meeting, a proposal or a client introduction goes to you the same day, with my draft beside it.

LinkedIn Compliance and Ownership
You Own the Profile
The profile, the connections and the posts stay in your name. You keep the login, the password and the right to take the account back at any time. I work through the admin tools the platform gives me, and I do not share the account with anyone else.
Platform rules change, so I check the current terms before a new kind of post or automation is used. I am not a lawyer, and anything touching regulated advertising or client confidentiality goes to your own counsel.

LinkedIn Management Vs Agency
One Writer, Not a Pool
Agencies often hand a profile to a pool of writers, and the posts start to sound like the agency. When you hire me, the person writing the posts is the person who spoke with you about them.
The same person reads the replies and sees the conversations that started, so the monthly readout comes from the work I did and not from a summary of someone else's.

Who LinkedIn Management Is For
Principals Who Need Referrals
Most of the people who hire me are principals of a professional practice or of a larger home-services firm. They get work from referrals, they have a reputation to protect, and they do not have the hours to write posts every week.
If your best clients came from one introduction, the profile is the second thing that introduction checks. It is the right time to make it match the work.

LinkedIn Management Near Me
Las Vegas, In Person or Remote
I work from Las Vegas and meet clients at their office or over a call when a headshot, a video or a talk needs an in-person session. Most of the drafting, approval and reporting happens remotely, in the same thread. The areas band below lists every part of the Valley I serve, so you can see whether your office is covered before you call.
Meetings are optional. Most of the work is a shared document: the draft post, the profile text I propose and the reply I suggest for a message. You approve each one in writing, and nothing is posted or sent from the profile without that approval. If you prefer a weekly call to review them, I set one.

LinkedIn Management Cost
How the Price Is Set
I quote a fixed price for a written scope after the profile audit, so the number you approve is the number you pay. The scope turns on how many posts you want a month, how many comments and messages come in, and whether a headshot, video or article has to be produced.
A profile that needs only a rewrite and a monthly post is a different job from a founder who speaks at events every week. A flat list price would be wrong for one of them.

Best LinkedIn Management Services Las Vegas
Scope by What Each Part Includes
The scope is set out by the parts you choose, so you can see what each one includes before you approve it. A profile rewrite, a posting plan, reply handling and the monthly readout are separate lines, and you can add or drop any of them.

- Profile rewrite, once, with your approval
- Monthly posts drafted from your material
- Replies to comments and messages
- Connection list for your approval
- Monthly readout with the next month's plan
