Instagram Marketing Las Vegas

An Account That Books, Not Just Follows

Instagram marketing in Las Vegas works when each post is tied to a service the business sells, not to follower counts. I plan the pillars, write the captions and report which posts led to a booking.

Instagram Management Services

Planning, posting and reporting in one plan

Instagram management covers the work from the plan to the report: the content pillars, the captions, the photos and short videos, the posting calendar, the replies to comments and messages, and the monthly read. For a local service business, the account is only useful if it sends the next customer to the phone or the booking page.

I run the account from one plan, so the person who writes the captions also reads the reports. The content stays tied to the services you sell and the questions your customers ask before they book.

Followers Versus Bookings

An account that looks fine and books nothing

Many local accounts look healthy on the surface. The posts are tidy, the follower count rises, and the owner still cannot say how many people booked because of the account. The likes are a vanity number, and the owner has no way to check the rest.

The fix is to measure what the account is for. Each post is tied to a service line, and the report shows which posts sent a profile visit, a link click or a booking request, not only which posts got attention.

Instagram Content Pillars for Service Businesses

Each pillar earns a service line

A content pillar is a repeating theme that maps to one service the business sells. A dental practice might use pillars for cleanings, cosmetic work and emergencies. A contractor might use pillars for repairs, remodels and seasonal maintenance. Every post belongs to one pillar, so the feed reads like the business.

The pillars also set the report. If a pillar earns no bookings after a fair run, it is cut or reworked, and the plan says why. That keeps the content honest about what it does.

WebVegas homepage, a website I built
  • One pillar per service line the business sells
  • A posting rhythm for each pillar, written on the calendar
  • A captioning rule that names the service and the next step
  • A monthly review that keeps, reworks or cuts each pillar

Instagram Marketing Near Me

Local customers who find the account

A local customer finds an account through search, a tag, a shared reel or a referral, and then checks the profile before they call. The bio, the highlights and the link have to answer three questions at a glance: what the business does, where it is, and how to book.

I set the profile for that visit. The location is named, the service is named, and the link goes to the booking page for the service the viewer is most likely to want.

How I compare to a large agency

A large social agency can give you a team, a set of templates and a long list of accounts. I give you one person who reads your account, writes the posts and answers for the report. You get one contact, and you accept a smaller team.

I am not the right choice for every account. If you need a daily feed produced by a studio, or paid campaigns at national scale, I will say so and point you to the scope that fits.

Reels, Carousels and Stories

The formats that suit the buyer

A short reel can show a service being done, a carousel can answer three questions in a row, and a story can carry a same-day offer. Each format is picked for the question it answers, and the audit names the two or three that fit the buyer.

Carousels built from real customer words work well for trust-led services, and the testimonial posts are built from the reviews the business already has, quoted word for word.

Instagram Management Cost

What moves the scope

I quote a fixed price for a written scope, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. The drivers below move the scope, so you can judge any quote, mine included.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • How many posts, reels and stories the plan produces each month
  • Whether photography and filming are done by you, by me or by a creator
  • Whether paid Instagram advertising is part of the scope
  • How much of the account needs a rebuild after the audit
  • How many accounts and platforms the plan covers

Social Media Strategy Before Instagram

The plan that sets the account

Some owners need a plan before they need posts. A 90-day plan sets the platforms, the pillars, the owner of each task and the calendar, and the Instagram work runs from that plan. I write it as a document you can use without me in the room.

If the plan is not needed, the audit says so and the scope is smaller.

How Instagram Management Works

Audit, pillars, post, reply, report

Each step ends with something you can open. The audit is read back before a single post is written, and the report starts the first month the new plan runs.

1. Audit the account

I read the current posts, the profile, the bio and the messages the account already gets, and send a written read first.

2. Set the pillars and calendar

Each pillar is tied to a service line, and a calendar sets the posting rhythm for the first month.

3. Write, shoot and edit

Captions name the service and the next step, and each post is approved by you before it goes out.

4. Post and reply

Posts go out on the calendar, and comments and messages get answered in your brand's voice within the rules you set.

5. Report what each post did

Each month, a plain report shows which posts led to a profile visit, a link click or a booking, and which pillar to keep, rework or cut.

Instagram Account Ownership and Rules

Who owns the account and the files

The account, its login and its followers stay with the business. I work inside the account, I do not take it over, and I hand over every login on day one. The photos and videos belong to the brand once the scope is paid.

Instagram sets its own rules for branded content, music and paid partnership labels, and I check each post against them before it goes live. That is marketing practice, not legal advice. Any claim about a regulated service should go to your attorney first.

WebVegas homepage, a website I built

Instagram Caption Rules

Every caption names a service

Each caption names the service the post belongs to and gives one next step: a booking link, a call, or a question to answer in the comments. A caption that only sounds clever does not tell a viewer what to do, and the report cannot tell which captions worked.

I keep a short caption rule for each pillar and check every draft against it before you see it. The rule is written down, so a new writer or a new hire can follow it without a briefing.

An owner at work in a modern office

Instagram Profile Setup

The bio, highlights and link

The profile is where a new viewer decides. The bio names what the business does and where, the highlights hold the three questions buyers ask most, and the link goes to the page for the service the viewer is most likely to book. Those are set once and checked each month.

A profile with a stale link is the most common leak I find in an audit. It is also the cheapest to fix, so I start there before any new post is written.

GIOSTAR brand hub, a system I built

How New Viewers Find the Account

Search, shares, tags and referrals

New viewers arrive through search, a shared reel, a tag or a referral. The caption, the alt text and the first line of each reel carry the service name, so the post is readable in search and in the feed. I do not stuff hashtags. I use a small set that describes the post accurately.

A referral is the most valuable arrival, and the plan makes it easy: a clear profile and a booking link a friend can use in one tap.

A business owner reviewing work on a phone

Instagram Comments and Messages

Replies within the rules you set

Comments and direct messages are part of the account's job. A question in the comments is a lead, and a reply in the first hour matters more than a reply the next week. The rules you set decide what I answer, what I forward to your team and what I leave alone.

I do not argue with reviews or answer medical, legal or financial questions in the comments. Those go to your team with a note, and the report counts how many came in.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built

Batching Instagram Content

How one shoot covers a month

A single shoot day can produce a month of posts when the pillars are set in advance. The shot list follows the calendar, the captions are written from the shots, and each post is approved before it is scheduled. Batching keeps the content consistent without making every post a new production.

Batched content still needs a fresh caption and a fresh question each time, so the plan leaves room for a live post when a service needs one.

A storefront street in the Valley

Instagram Reporting Cadence

What the monthly report keeps

The monthly report keeps profile visits, link clicks and booking requests by pillar. It also shows which posts led to the most profile visits and which pillar earned no bookings after a fair run. Followers and reach appear in the report, and they are not the measure of the plan.

Each month ends with a decision: keep a pillar, rework its captions or cut it. The report says which, and the reason.

WebVegas homepage, a website I built

Instagram Stories Plan

Same-day offers, kept honest

Stories are for what is happening this week: an open booking slot, a seasonal service, a question answered on camera. Each story links to the page for that service, and the story set is saved as a highlight so a new viewer can read it after the 24 hours pass.

A story with an offer has an end date written on it, and the report counts the link taps by story. Offers that run past their date are removed, so the account never promises a price or an availability that is no longer true.

An owner at work in a modern office

Instagram Account Cleanup

What the audit removes first

The audit starts with what is already on the account. Old posts that name a service the business no longer sells, highlights that link to dead pages, and bios that describe a previous location are removed or fixed before any new content is planned. Clearing those first keeps a new viewer from landing on a wrong promise.

Archived posts are kept for the record, and the cleanup list is written down so the change can be checked against the report later.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.
