Social Media Strategy Las Vegas

A 90-Day Plan With Owners

Social media strategy in Las Vegas should end in a calendar someone runs, not a deck that sits on a shelf. I write a 90-day plan with an owner for every task, and you decide whether I run it or your team does.

Social Media Strategy

A plan you can run without me

A social media strategy is a short plan that answers four questions: which platforms the buyer uses, what each platform is for, who owns each task, and what the calendar looks like for the next 90 days. Without those answers, the plan is a list of good ideas that nobody is responsible for.

I write the plan so it can be run by one person in the business, with or without me. Every task has a name next to it, and the report that follows checks whether the tasks were done and what they produced.

A Strategy Document With No Calendar

A plan that sits on a shelf

A common result of a strategy engagement is a long document with good research and no schedule. The platforms are named, the audience is described, and the posting rhythm is a sentence in the back. Three months later, nobody has written a post, and the owner has paid for the thinking alone.

The fix is to write the calendar into the plan. Each week has a post or a task, each task has an owner, and each owner knows what done looks like.

Social Media Strategy Cost

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written strategy scope, after the audit has shown what the business already has. A plan for one platform and a plan across four are different jobs, so a flat rate would be wrong for both. These are the drivers that move the scope, so you can judge any quote, mine included.

  • How many platforms the plan covers
  • Whether the plan includes the first 90 days of posting, or only the plan
  • Whether the audit of current accounts is included
  • Whether I run the plan, your team runs it, or both
  • How many services and audiences the plan has to speak to

How I write the plan

I start with the audit of the accounts you have, the calls you already get and the questions buyers ask before they book. The plan then picks the platforms that match those buyers, and cuts the rest, so the calendar is short enough to keep.

A strategy written by one person who will also check the results is more useful than a long document by a team that moves on. You can ask me to show how a past plan was checked against its numbers before you sign anything.

A smaller plan that gets run

A smaller plan is often the right plan. A business with one owner and one part-time person can run two platforms well and say no to the rest. I would rather write a plan a small team finishes than a large plan they abandon in month two.

The audit tells me the scope that fits. If a full plan is more than the business needs, the audit says so and the scope gets smaller.

Ninety-Day Plan Template

Weeks, tasks and owners

The core of the plan is a calendar in three stages. Each stage has a clear output, and the owner of each task is named in the plan itself, not in a meeting afterwards. The table below shows the shape I use, which the plan fills in for each business.

Social Media Strategy Near Me

Owners who want the plan in writing

Many owners searching for social media strategy near them want a plan they can read and keep, not a meeting every month. The written plan is the deliverable, and the calendar is the working copy. You keep both, and the login for each account stays with the business.

How Social Strategy Works

Audit, plan, approve, run, report

Each step ends with a document or a calendar you can open. The plan is approved before any post is written, and the report starts the first month the plan is in use.

1. Audit the current accounts

I read the accounts, the calls and the questions buyers ask, and send a written audit before the plan is drafted.

2. Write the 90-day plan

Platforms, pillars, owners and a week-by-week calendar, written so one person in the business can run it.

3. Approve and assign

You approve the plan, and each task gets a named owner who knows what done looks like.

4. Run or hand over

I run the plan, your team runs it, or the work is split across both, and the handover notes are written into the plan.

5. Report and reset

Each month, a plain report shows what was done and what it produced, and the next 90 days are revised from it.

Social Strategy Ownership

Who keeps the plan and the accounts

The plan is yours. It is written as a document you can give to a new hire, a new agency or your own staff, and it names the accounts and the owners. The accounts, their logins and their followers stay with the business from day one.

Platform rules change, and the plan says which rules apply to each channel. That is marketing practice, not legal advice, so anything that makes a claim about a regulated service goes to your attorney first.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Social Media Management Las Vegas

Where the strategy leads

The plan decides which platform pages apply. The calendar, the approvals and the monthly report sit on the social media marketing page, and each platform page shows how that channel runs from the plan.

  1. Step 01

    Social media marketing

The calendar, the posting and the monthly report that the plan feeds into.

  2. Step 02

    Instagram management

Reels, carousels and posts cut from the plan's service pillars.

  3. Step 03

    YouTube channel management

A video-to-inquiry path for the platform the plan puts first, if it is YouTube.

  4. Step 04

    UGC creator video

Real-person video made by creators you approve, with the usage rights written into the agreement.
