iOS App Development Las Vegas

iPhone apps built for review

iOS app development Las Vegas founders can plan starts with the App Store rules, not the design. I scope each iPhone app around the screens customers use, then test and submit it myself.

iOS App Development

What an iPhone app build includes

An iPhone app is written for Apple's platform, in the language and tools Apple provides, and it runs the way iPhone owners expect. That matters when the app uses features such as notifications, the camera, location or Apple sign-in, because each one has its own rules for how a customer grants permission.

The build covers the screens, the back end they read from, the test runs on real iPhones and the submission package for the App Store. Each part is written into the scope, so you can see what the app does before a line of code is written.

iPhone App Developer

Who needs an iPhone-first app

Four kinds of owner come to an iPhone build. Each one has a different first version and a different test list.

A consumer product

A founder with a product customers buy or book from their phones, and who needs the sign-up and the first purchase to work on the first try.

A service business

A practice or local company that wants intake, booking and reminders on the customer's own phone, not behind a web form.

A staff tool

A team that works from iPhones in the field and needs a small app for checklists, photos or sign-off that works on a poor signal.

An existing web app

A business with a working website that wants a phone version of the same tasks, with the data shared with the site.

Review-Ready iOS Builds

Passing review on the first submission

A rejected submission costs days, and the reasons are usually small and known in advance: missing privacy details, a feature that needs a login the reviewer cannot use, screenshots that do not match the screens, or a permission request with no clear reason. I check each of these before anything is sent to Apple.

The submission also needs a test account for the reviewer, a short note that explains any unusual feature, and an accurate list of the data the app collects. I write those notes with you, so the reviewer sees the app the way a customer will.

How Much iOS App Development Costs

What moves the price of an iOS build

I quote a fixed price for a written scope, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. The biggest factors are the number of screens, the permissions the app asks for, the systems it connects to and whether it needs accounts for customers and staff.

Apple charges a developer program fee that you pay directly to Apple, and the scope lists it separately from my quote. A single number before the scope exists would be a guess, so I write the scope first and then price it line by line.

iOS App Development Process

Four steps from scope to the App Store

Each step ends with a result you can open or approve. The App Store review step is the one owners worry about most, so it gets its own step and its own checklist.

  1. Step 01

    Scope the first version

I list the three core tasks, the screens they need and the permissions each screen asks for, then you approve the list in writing.

  2. Step 02

    Design and prototype

I build a clickable version for your phone, so you can walk through each task before any build work begins.

  3. Step 03

    Build and test on iPhones

I build the app, then run each task on real iPhones and record the result, pass or fail, in a list you can read.

  4. Step 04

    Submit and answer review

I prepare the submission, send it to Apple, and answer any review question in the same day it arrives.

Choosing an iOS Developer

What to look for in an iPhone builder

Ask who submits the app and who answers Apple if it is rejected. Ask whether the developer account is in your name, and who else has access to it. Ask how each task is tested and on which iPhone models. A specific answer is written down. A vague one usually means the review problems will be discovered after launch.

Look for finished work you can open on a phone. Ask whether the scope names the permissions the app asks for, since each one is a review question waiting to be answered.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.
