Social Media Graphic Design

Posts That Look Like One Brand

Social media graphic design that keeps the feed consistent without a designer on every post. I build the template kit, the fonts and colors and the editable files, so your team makes each graphic in the same brand file.

Why the feed drifts

A feed drifts when every post is made from scratch. One week the headline is set in a bold sans, the next in a script, and the logo sits in a different corner each time. Each post may look fine alone, but a visitor who scrolls the grid sees five businesses instead of one.

The fix is not more posts. It is a fixed set of rules and files, so the post made on a Tuesday matches the post made on a Friday, whoever makes it.

Social Media Graphics

What I design for social

Social graphics come in a handful of formats, and each one has its own safe area and size. Each card below is a format I set up in the kit, so the team never has to guess at a crop.

Feed posts

Square and portrait posts with the headline and logo placed inside the safe area that feed crops will not cut.

Carousels

Multi-slide posts with one visual thread across the slides, so each swipe reads as the next step of the same idea.

Stories and short vertical

Full-height frames with the key text kept clear of the top and bottom interface bars.

Event and promotion graphics

Date, offer and link graphics built from the same kit, so a sale or a webinar still looks like the brand.

Profile and cover images

Profile and banner images sized and cropped for each platform from one master file.

Quote and testimonial cards

Customer quotes set in the brand type with the name and source printed under the words, never invented.

Who Social Graphic Design Is For

Teams posting without a designer

This service fits a business that posts several times a week, has someone on staff to publish, and has no designer on call for every graphic. It also fits a brand that already runs ads or a site and wants the social feed to match them.

It is a poor fit for a business that wants a designer to make each post from a fresh idea. The kit works best when the brand is settled, so I will check that before I build anything.

Social work I built, live where you can check it

The Quotible social series below is the closest finished work: a set of on-brand posts and carousels built from real customer testimonials. The other builds are brand and site work that the social graphics are drawn from. Each card says whether the work is live or in build.

For Quotible I built a social content system that turns real customer testimonials into on-brand posts and carousels.

Social Media Design Process

How the kit gets built

  1. Step 01

    Audit the feed

I review the last thirty posts and mark the ones that look like the brand and the ones that do not, with the reasons.

  2. Step 02

    Lock the brand basics

The logo versions, fonts, colors and the rules for each, written on a one-page sheet the team can follow.

  3. Step 03

    Build the templates

The formats above built as editable templates, with the text boxes and image frames already locked to the grid.

  4. Step 04

    Test with the team

The person who will post makes three graphics from the templates, and I fix anything that slowed them down.

  5. Step 05

    Hand over the kit

The templates, the fonts, the brand sheet and a short recorded walkthrough, kept in an account you can open.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

Known Justin for a few years now. Guy knows the AI space better than most people I've come across, especially here in Las Vegas where there's no shortage of people claiming to be experts. Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Social Media Graphic Cost Las Vegas

What moves the cost

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after the feed audit, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. A kit for one account and a kit for five accounts with different formats are different jobs, and a price list would be wrong for both.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • How many platforms and formats the kit has to cover
  • Whether the brand basics are settled or need a decision first
  • How many templates the team needs for recurring posts
  • Whether photography or illustration has to be produced
  • Whether the team wants a monthly refresh of the templates

Social Template Kit

What the team gets to use

A template is only useful if the person posting can change the words without breaking the layout. Every text box in the kit has a set size, a maximum length and a fixed position, so a longer headline shrinks inside the box instead of spilling over the logo.

Each template carries its own notes: the format, the safe area and the file to export. The team exports the post at the platform size from the template, so a graphic is never resized by hand and never stretched.

Social Post Consistency

How I keep the feed matched

Consistency lives in a few visual decisions: one grid, one type pair, one color rule for the background and one rule for the accent. I write those decisions down and check every template against them before it goes to the team.

The Quotible series shows the approach in practice. Its posts turn real customer testimonials into on-brand posts and carousels, and the same system carries each one, so the testimonial is the thing the eye reads.

WebVegas homepage, a website I built

Social Graphic Ownership

Files and rights you keep

The kit belongs to the business. You get the templates, the source fonts with their license terms, the brand sheet and the exported files, all kept where you can open them. If you stop working with me, the team keeps posting without a new setup.

I do not post on your behalf in this service. The team publishes, and I tell you which fonts and images need a license before they go into a template.

One person builds the kit

I am Justin Harris. I have built websites and run digital marketing for Las Vegas businesses for fourteen years, and I still build the social kits myself. When you hire me you talk to the person drawing the templates, with no account manager between you and the file.

The Quotible series and the brand work behind it were built the same way: a written system first, then the posts that follow from it.
