HubSpot Website Design Las Vegas

A HubSpot site that traces to contacts

I do HubSpot website design in Las Vegas myself, building HubSpot websites for Valley firms and connecting each page to the contact it produces. The HubSpot account, the domain and every login stay in the owner's name.

HubSpot Website Design

Leads in HubSpot with no trail back to the page

A marketing lead at a Valley firm opens HubSpot on Monday and sees forty new contacts. She cannot say which page produced them. The agency that built the website put the forms in, but nobody connected the page a person read to the contact record that came out of it.

The CRM is full and the website is a black box next to it. That is the common failure with HubSpot sites. The CRM and the website were bought as one system and built as two.

The designer cared about the layout, the HubSpot administrator cared about the pipeline, and the join between them, the tracking code, the form settings, the source fields, belongs to neither. Months later the owner asks what the website is worth and the honest answer is that nobody can check.

Who Owns My HubSpot Website?

The agency with the only admin seat

A second version of the same problem shows up when the site lives in HubSpot's own CMS and the agency holds the only admin seat. The company pays HubSpot every month and cannot change a headline without a ticket.

HubSpot Website Design Company Las Vegas

One person who builds the site and the tracking

I am Justin Harris. I have done digital marketing in Las Vegas for fourteen years and I build the pages, the forms and the tracking myself. The part I care most about on a HubSpot project is the join: every page should be traceable from the first visit to the contact it creates, in a report your team can read without me.

You own what I build. The HubSpot account stays in your name and I work as a user you invite, so you can remove my access with one click. The domain, hosting if it is outside HubSpot, and every other login are yours from day one.

I design so your team can edit pages with HubSpot's own editor, and I tell you in advance which changes are safe for staff and which need me.

Work I built, live where you can check it

Two of the five builds are full websites I built and still run, and GIOSTAR ties a website lead to a booked consult and an active patient with no manual steps. None of the five is a HubSpot CMS site, and I say so on each card.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking

I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

HubSpot Website Design Services Las Vegas

What I build for HubSpot sites

The work splits into six jobs. Each ends in something you can open in your own account.

Website design on HubSpot CMS

Templates and modules built from your brand, so staff build new pages from approved parts instead of starting empty. The wider design approach is on my web design page.

HubSpot CMS development

Custom modules and theme code where the drag and drop editor falls short, written in clean, commented files.

Forms wired to the CRM

Every form creates or updates the right contact, sets the right lifecycle stage and notifies the right person. I submit each one and check the record.

Page-to-contact tracking

Source, campaign and first page stored on the contact so a deal can be traced back to the page that started it.

A site connected to HubSpot from outside

If the site belongs on WordPress or another platform, I connect it to HubSpot properly. See WordPress development for that route.

Cleanup of a site already on HubSpot

I audit duplicate forms, broken workflows and unused pages, then fix what matters and document what is left. A full rebuild is covered under website redesign.

The site to CRM tracking I set up

This is the band that separates a HubSpot site you can check from one you cannot. Before launch I set up and test each item on this list, then show you where to find it in your own account.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • One tracking code on every page, with no duplicates from old installs
  • Each form mapped to named contact properties and a lifecycle stage
  • First page seen, source and campaign stored on the contact record
  • Calls and booking links counted as conversions, not just forms
  • A dashboard of visits to contacts by page that your team can open
  • Spam filtering so the contact list is real people

Where the site should live

Owners often assume the site must be on HubSpot because the CRM is. It does not have to be. The choice depends on who edits the site and what else it has to do, and I will tell you when HubSpot's CMS is not the right home.

How Long Does HubSpot CMS Development Take?

How a build runs

A HubSpot project runs in five steps and each step ends with something you can open.

  1. Step 01

    Read the account

With a seat you invite, I look at the forms, properties and workflows already in HubSpot and send a written note on what is clean and what is tangled.

  2. Step 02

    Write the scope

Pages, modules, forms, properties and integrations on one page, with a date.

  3. Step 03

    Design and write

Key pages designed in a browser, copy written from the questions buyers ask.

  4. Step 04

    Build and trace

I build, then submit every form and follow each test contact back to its source page.

  5. Step 05

    Launch and report

Redirects from the old site, a staff walkthrough and a monthly plain report.

HubSpot Website Design Cost

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope. HubSpot also bills its own subscription directly to you, separate from my fee, so ask any agency to explain both. These are what move my side.

A storefront street in the Valley
  • Unique page designs and custom modules, more than total page count
  • The number of forms and the property mapping each needs
  • Existing HubSpot clutter that must be cleaned first
  • Migration from another platform with redirects
  • Integrations with booking, payments or other tools
  • Staff training and documentation depth
