Product Photography Las Vegas
One Style Across The Whole Range
Product photography in Las Vegas shot as one batch, so every item in the range shares the light, the background and the color. I write the shot list per product, shoot in one session and deliver files named and sized for the store they will appear in.

Why a range looks mixed
A product range looks mixed when each item was shot on a different day. The light shifts from one afternoon to the next, the background is a slightly different white, and a product photographed in March looks warmer than the same product in June. A shopper who scrolls the category sees a set of items that do not belong to the same store.
The mismatch costs sales in a quiet way. A product image that looks different from its neighbors makes the whole range look less trusted, and the buyer usually cannot say why. The fix is to plan the range as one job, with the same rules applied to every item.

Product Photography Services
What I shoot
A product range needs a few kinds of image, and each kind has its own setup and file size. Each card below is a shot type I plan for a range, with the count agreed in the shot list before the session.
White background shots
The main product image on a clean background, lit the same way for every item so the catalog grid stays even.
Lifestyle shots
The product in use, set in a scene that matches the brand, with the product kept as the sharpest thing in the frame.
Detail and texture shots
Close frames of a label, a material, a seam or a finish, taken to answer the questions a buyer asks before they add to cart.
Scale and in-hand shots
A frame that shows the size of the product against a hand or a common object, so the buyer knows what they are ordering.
Flat lay and set shots
Products arranged together for a bundle, a gift set or a collection page, lit as one composition.
Video loops and short clips
Short motion clips of a product turning or opening, cut from the same session as the stills.
Who Product Photography Is For
Brands selling a range online
Batch product photography fits a brand with a catalog of ten items or a hundred, a store that adds new products each season, or a maker who sells through its own site and a marketplace at the same time. It also fits a business that has real product images but no consistent set to match them.
It is a poor fit for a single product with one photo that will never change. A single item can be shot on the phone with a set of rules, and I will say so before a studio session is booked.

GIOSTAR: the clinic website, booking and lead tracking
I built and run giostarwellness.com for a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Henderson: every service page, online booking, financing and a blog. A website lead is tracked end to end, from the form to a booked consult to an active patient, with no manual steps. I also built its live brand hub, so every page, post and print piece pulls the same colours, type and rules.

Product Photography Process
How a batch gets shot
- Step 01
Inventory the range
A list of every product, its variants, its size and the store or marketplace it appears in, agreed before anything is shot.
- Step 02
Write the shot list
One line per product giving the shot types it needs, so the session runs from a list and nothing is missed.
- Step 03
Set the rules
The light, background, angle, color target and crop fixed once and written on a sheet, so every item follows the same setup.
- Step 04
Shoot in one session
The range shot in grouped runs by product size, with a test frame checked on screen before each group.
- Step 05
Edit to the standard
Color, dust, edges and shadows corrected to the same standard on every frame, checked against a reference product.
- Step 06
Export for the stores
Files named, sized and cropped for each store or marketplace, with the sheet that says which file goes where.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Product Photography Cost Las Vegas
What moves the cost
I quote by the batch after the shot list is agreed, not by the hour, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. Twelve items with one shot each and a hundred items with four shots each are different sessions, and an hourly rate would hide that difference from you.

- Number of products and variants in the batch
- Shot types per product, from one white background frame to a full set
- Whether lifestyle scenes need a set, props or a styled location
- Retouching beyond the standard edit, such as removing a damaged label
- Export sizes and the number of stores or marketplaces each file serves
Product Range Style Guide
One rule set for the range
A style guide is the sheet that keeps a range looking like one range. It records the background value, the light direction, the shadow strength, the camera angle for each product type and the crop margin. The guide is written once and printed on the setup sheet, so the rules are checked before each item is shot.
The guide also lists what is not allowed, such as a prop that competes with the product or a reflection that hides the label. Those rules are written down because a product photo that breaks one of them gets reshot, and the reshoot costs more than the rule.

Product Color Accuracy
Getting the color right
A product that looks blue on the site and green in hand gets returned. Color accuracy starts with a color target in the first frame of each session, so the color can be matched to the real product after the shoot. The product and the target are lit by the same light, and the edit is set from that frame.
A reference product is kept for the session. If a color looks wrong on screen, the reference settles the question, and the owner approves the color on the reference before the full batch is edited.
Screens differ from one another, so the approval is made on a calibrated check of the exported file as well as on the working screen. A product that is approved on one monitor and then judged on a phone can still look off, and the export check is what catches that before the stores receive the files.

Product Image Files
Files sized for each store
Each store and marketplace sets its own image sizes, backgrounds and file types. The export sheet lists each one, so the right file goes to the right place without anyone resizing by hand. The files are named by product and view, so a new listing finds its images in one search.
I check the export against the store's current rules before delivery. Marketplaces change their image rules from time to time, so the sheet carries the date each rule was checked. When a rule changes after delivery, the affected files are re-exported from the master, and the export sheet records which files were updated and why, so a listing never waits on a stale crop.

Product Photography for Ecommerce
How the images reach the store
A product image earns its place on the product page, next to the price, the description and the buy button. The page has to load its images quickly on a phone, and the first image has to show the product without a click.
I build the image sizes and the gallery order into the store, so the best frame loads first and the zoom view holds up on a small screen. For a store I build, the images, the page and the checkout are designed together.

Product Photography and Packaging
Shooting the box as well
For a packaged product, the box is part of the product. The shot list includes the front, the back and the side panels, lit so the printed text can be read. If the packaging is being redesigned, the photo session is planned after the box artwork is approved, so the photos show the final package.
A mock-up box and a real box look different under light, and the difference matters on a product page. I check the photos against the printed piece, not only against the file.

Product Photography Ownership
Images you keep and use
The images belong to the business that commissioned them. You get the full set of edited files, the source files and the export sheet, all kept in an account you can open, so new items can be added to the range in the same style later.
Any stock props, backgrounds or fonts in a shot carry their own license terms, and I list them in the delivery note before the images are used on a store or in an ad.

Product Photographer Las Vegas
One person plans the batch
I am Justin Harris. I have built websites and run digital marketing for Las Vegas businesses for fourteen years, and I still plan each product batch and check each export myself. When you hire me you talk to the person writing the shot list, with no account manager between you and the range.
I also build the stores where many product images end up, so the photo work, the product page and the checkout are planned together rather than handed between three vendors.

Product Lighting Setup
How the light is set
Light decides how a product reads more than any other choice. A soft, even source wraps around a glossy bottle and shows its shape, while a hard source gives a crisp edge to a metal tool or a textured fabric. The light is chosen for the material of the range, then set once and kept the same for the whole batch.
Shadows are planned as a part of the image, not removed by accident. A light shadow under a product grounds it on the page, and a dark shadow that falls across the label hides the text. The setup sheet records the position of each light so the next session can rebuild the same look without a test day.

Marketplace Image Rules
Rules each store sets
Each store and marketplace sets its own rules for the main image: the background, the fill of the frame, the minimum size and whether a product may be shown with props. Those rules change, and a range shot for one store may need a different crop for another.
The export sheet is built from the rules of each channel the range sells on. Where two channels want different crops, the master file is kept at the largest size, so each crop is cut from full detail rather than enlarged from a small file.

Props and Styling
What goes around the product
A prop helps a lifestyle shot when it shows how the product is used, such as a cup beside a coffee tin. It hurts a catalog shot when it competes for attention or hides a feature. Each prop is listed in the shot list with the product it supports, so the styling stays on purpose.
Props are bought, borrowed or shot from the business's own stock, and the source is recorded. A prop with a license limit is listed in the delivery note, so the image is not used past what the license allows.

Seasonal Launch Batches
Shooting a new season together
A seasonal range is easiest to shoot as one batch. The new items, the core items that will stay on the site and the bundles are planned together, so the season opens with a full set of images in one style rather than a few new frames added each week.
A launch batch is scheduled ahead of the date the items go live. The images are approved and exported before the product page is built, so the page does not open with a placeholder where the photo should be.

Product Photo Turnaround
How the batch moves to delivery
The turnaround follows the size of the batch and the number of rounds the owner wants on the edit. A batch of a few items with one approval round moves faster than a large range with detailed retouching, and both are scheduled from the shot list rather than guessed.
Each round of changes is tied to a named product and a named frame. A correction written as a general note, such as make it brighter, is turned into a specific request on the frame before the edit starts, so the revision does not drift.
