Lovable Developer Las Vegas

From Lovable Prototype To Live

As a Lovable developer in Las Vegas, I take your Lovable prototype the rest of the way: real hosting, a domain you own, forms that deliver and security I have checked myself.

Lovable Developer

The prototype works on the demo screen and nowhere else

Lovable is good at one thing: turning a description into a working interface quickly. A founder can have screens, a login and a database in a weekend. That is real progress, and it is also where many projects stall.

The demo screen runs on the builder's preview. Real visitors need a domain, hosting that stays up, a form that actually delivers, a database with backups and a way to ship a fix without breaking everything else. None of that arrives with the first generation.

The owners I talk to describe the same moment. The prototype impressed a partner or an investor, someone said 'let's launch it', and then nobody on the team could say who would run it. The code was written by a tool, the project lives in an account, and the one person who knows how to prompt it is also running the business.

Lovable AI

What I add to a Lovable build

Lovable generates code. I decide whether that code is fit to put in front of customers, and I stay accountable for it after launch.

A business owner reviewing work on a phone
  • I read the generated code and the database setup and list what is unsafe, redundant or fragile
  • I move the project to hosting and a repository registered to you, so leaving Lovable is possible whenever you choose
  • I connect forms, email and payments, then test each with a real submission
  • I check who can read and write your data, because generated apps often leave that open
  • I set up backups, error alerts and a way to deploy changes without guessing

Lovable Website Design Portfolio

Work I built, live where you can check it

I have no Lovable client project to show you, and I would rather say so. What the portfolio shows is how I work: two full websites I built and still run, and three brand and content projects. Each card says which it is. The checks I run on a prototype are the ones I run on these.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we ended up working with Justin for some AI consulting on how to structure our operations. He laid out a clear plan, didn't overcomplicate it, and we've been running smoother since. Good fit for a service business. He knows Las Vegas and he knows this stuff.

Justin joined our team a few months before opening to replace a marketing agency that wasn’t performing. He stepped up fast. Within weeks he launched a fully redesigned website with new brand guidelines, built and delivered our marketing plan and AI strategy, and helped implement our system architecture so we could open on time. Since then, he’s made several critical enhancements to the site that helped us generate revenue in our first month. His engagement was supposed to end at opening, but he became such an integral part of our leadership team that we kept him on to help evolve our marketing and tech strategy as we grow. He’s easy to work with, pushes back when it matters, and moves easily between strategy, delivery, and operations depending on what’s needed. If you’re looking for a deeply experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated marketing, AI, or technology consultant, I highly recommend Justin Harris AI Consulting.

From what I've seen, Justin knows the AI automation space better than most people I've come across in Las Vegas. He's the kind of person who actually understands the technical side and can explain it without making you feel lost. Good guy, good reputation.

After going back and forth on whether to bring in outside help, we reached out to Justin for some AI consulting advice on where our service business could actually use automation. He was straightforward about what made sense and what didn't. Ended up being a useful conversation. Las Vegas has no shortage of people claiming to be experts, and he's one of the few who could back it up.

He actually understands how AI automation works at a practical level, not just the theory. The kind of person who gives you a straight answer with kindness and patience

Knew Justin before he started building AI systems for businesses, and watching what he's put together is genuinely impressive. He built out an AI automation setup for my website in Las Vegas and it changed how we handle leads completely. The guy actually runs this stuff himself, so he knows what works.

Lovable Developer Services Las Vegas

What the work includes

Most Lovable projects need some mix of the following. I scope only what yours needs.

Prototype review

A written read of what you have: what is solid, what fails and what I would replace. You get it before you pay me anything.

Production hardening

Hosting, domain, security settings, access rules and backups. The unglamorous parts that decide whether the app survives its first real week.

Fixing and finishing

Features that half work, forms that do not deliver, pages that break on a phone. I repair them and test the repair.

Search and speed setup

Page titles, headings, redirects and load time, so the public pages can be found and do not feel slow.

Handover

A short written note on how the project is organized, so the next person, including you, is not starting from nothing.

How I work on a Lovable project

Each step ends with something you can open and check. The scope and launch date are on one page before work starts.

  1. Step 01

    Review the prototype

I open it, read the code and send a written list: keep, fix, replace.

  2. Step 02

    Agree the scope

Features, integrations and timeline on one page. Changes land there first.

  3. Step 03

    Harden and build

I fix what the review found and finish what is missing, with you reviewing real pages.

  4. Step 04

    Test and deploy

Forms, access rules, backups and speed are tested before any visitor sees the app.

  5. Step 05

    Launch and report

You get a plain note on how it runs and what I changed, and the logins are yours.

Lovable Developer Cost

What moves the price

I quote a fixed price for a written scope after I have reviewed the prototype. A list would be wrong for most projects, because a landing page and an app with accounts are different jobs. These are the things that move the number.

GIOSTAR homepage, a website I built
  • How much of the generated code is worth keeping
  • Whether the app has logins, payments or stored customer data
  • Integrations with email, a CRM or booking
  • Moving off the builder's hosting without losing the work
  • Security and access review depth
  • Who writes the final copy and prepares images

Is Lovable Good for Business Websites

What people ask and what I can answer

Forum threads about Lovable usually ask whether it is legit, how it compares with writing code in an editor, and what it costs. Whether the company is stable and what its plans cost are questions for Lovable's own site, because both change. What I can speak to is the part after the tool: what an app needs before customers use it, and who answers for it.

If you are weighing Lovable against another AI builder or a developer in an editor, the useful question is who will maintain the result in a year. I will give you a straight answer on that for your specific project. For the same work on another tool, see my Replit developer page.
